This project involves renovating and expanding the Caroline Springs Central Shopping Centre building situated in Caroline Springs, Victoria. The existing structure is a versatile 5-storey building with an interconnected atrium, office spaces, retail spaces, parking facilities, gym, and restaurants. The alteration and addition aim to transform the existing building into a contemporary, attractive, and functional space that meets the evolving needs of visitors, tenants, and employees.
